Why are you using an Excel spreadsheet which requires downloading and an installation of Excel to use rather than just a link to a shared Google spreadsheet? Primarily, it's because this repository will also act as an archive for the next years, and I was wanting everything in the same place.

That is a good idea, though. Based on your response, I'm assuming what I'm looking for isn't possible, so I'll either use your suggestion or PDF it. I just wondered about using a format that requires people to have Excel installed and download a file when there was another more universal option available that didn't require either. I tried IE, Chrome and Fox browsers. Is it something with my Windows 7 Home Premium?

Is there another version of Git that would work with that? I've loaded applications much larger than 44 MB. I think my issue is a little bit related with this. The solution was to install git via chocolatey. I realize it's part of Github, so maybe Github could let us pick a mirror? Sourceforge had auto and hand-select mirrors for decades and it works superb. Cause I understand, it might be a temporary peering or routing problem.
